CEG has successfully completed the letting of a further 18,500 sq ft of its flagship, seven-storey office development at Kirkstall Forge to Zenith Vehicle Contracts.
Kirkstall Forge shortlisted for three awards

We recently entered three awards; RICS Infrastructure Award for Kirkstall Forge station and the public realm and infrastructure surrounding the station.
The RICS judges visited Kirkstall Forge site on the 28th February and were accompanied by members of CEG and the project management team to answer further questions about the scheme.
We also entered into the Planning Awards, both the Award for masterplanning and the Award for best housing scheme (500 houses or more) and have been shortlisted for all three awards.
The RICS Awards will take place on 11th May 2017, the Planning Awards will take place on June 21st 2017.
